If you know us, you know we loooove our sweets. We've been wanting to make something for the office that was less carby-ish and not super sugary. We're trying to watch our weight and avoid an energy-draining sugar crash. What can we say, it's the new year. Don't judge us. Also, we recently released a new entree level 500mg full spectrum CBD oil tincture and wanted to take a shot at combining our new tincture with a healthy dessert.
Anyways, we had some fresh blueberries and leftover graham crackers in the fridge. And suddenly, we had the amazing idea of combining the two into one deliciously relaxing CBD infused blueberry cheesecake. We took it one step further and decided to share this creation with the world. Take a look at the instructions below.
In a food processor mix graham crackers with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and almond milk.
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp Maku's Full Spectrum CBD Oil
1 tbsp almond milk
2 packs of graham crackers
1 Can of coconut milk(refrigerated)
1 Pack of blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tbsp flaxseed meal
Can of Coconut milk can (refrigerated)
Remove the liquid from coconut milk
Steam the blueberries in a small pot with maple syrup until the blueberries are creamy.
In the meantime mix the coconut milk in a bowl until fluffy. Add the blueberries and mix.
Freeze for about an hour/chill
